How Are Refund Issued?

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will still need to return your items within 14 days.

 

Late Refund Are Issued?

You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders. If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

  • For warranty cases, all reshipment charges to send to IT Hyperstore Warehouse is borne by customer
  • For international customers, all charges pertaining to the reshipment, customs clearance, permits and any other charges are to be borne by the customer
  • For items with manufacturer warranty, customer is advised to liaise directly with the manufacturer’s authorized service center. Only in specific cases, items with manufacturer warranty can be sent to IT Hyperstore for assistance and further action. Please check with the customer care for which items are applicable
  • For items with IT Hyperstore warranty, customer is required to send it to IT Hyperstore
  • Warranty cases are deemed for all purchases that exceed the 7 Days Return Policy

1 to 1 Replacement


IT Hyperstore offers free "1 to 1 replacement" on all products items for the first 7 days upon receiving of goods (on manufacturer defects only).


 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in an original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. IT Hyperstore will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 2 weeks time after the confirmation.
